Rodeo Up Trail is a short, out-and-back mountain biking route in Lambert Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail is about 0.24 miles long, with a low point of 5,344 feet and a high of 5,374 feet, so the climb is only about 22 feet. It is a moderate ride, and the trail is close to the park's center, making it an easy addition to a day spent exploring the park's other routes. The most comfortable months for riding are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Alpine, Utah, show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, while July averages climb to about 89°F. Middle Trail and Spring Trail both start within about 0.1 miles, so they make natural pairings. Climbers can head to South Side Boulders, about 0.8 miles away, and paddlers can reach the American Fork, roughly 3.6 miles off.
