Spring Trail is a mountain biking route in Lambert Park, a city-managed park in Utah, about 1.1 miles from the Alpine weather station. The trail is rated moderate, and the elevation gain is essentially flat, with the high point at 5,360 feet and the low at 5,358 feet. That makes it a short, low-elevation ride rather than a climb. The most comfortable months for riding are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from the Alpine station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, with July peaking near 89°F and winter highs in the upper 30s. Middle Trail and Rodeo Up Trail both start about 0.1 mile away. South Side Boulders, a climbing area, is 0.8 mile off, and Granite Flat (Utah) campground is about 5.5 miles away.
