High Bench Trail is a mountain biking route in Lambert Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail sits at a single elevation of about 5,329 feet, with no climb to speak of, so it works well as a short ride or a stop on the way to other spots in the park. The most comfortable months for a ride are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Alpine run from highs around 71°F in May to about 79°F in September, with July the warmest at about 89°F. The River Trail and the River route both lie about 0.1 mile away. Climbers can head to South Side Boulders, roughly 0.8 mile off, and paddlers will find the American Fork about 3.6 miles away.
