North Spring Trail is an easy out-and-back mountain biking route in Utah, about 0.7 miles long with a 211-foot elevation gain. The trail runs through Lambert Park within the Pleasant Grove Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, on city-managed land. The climb takes you from a low point of about 5,443 feet to a high of about 5,675 feet over roughly 1.5 miles.
