EKG Trail is a mountain biking route on Bureau of Land Management land in the Moab Field Office, about a mile from Moab, Utah. The trail is an out-and-back, roughly 1.9 miles long, with a one-way climb of about 120 feet from a low point of 4,784 feet to a high of 4,862 feet. It is rated hard. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 78°F and October highs around 68°F, while July averages about 96°F and January lows drop to 17°F. Baby Steps North Trail and Agate East Trail are both within half a mile, and Midline Trail is about 0.5 miles away. North Klondike Campground, about 1.3 miles off, is the closest place to camp.
