Midline Trail is a short mountain biking route in southern Utah on Bureau of Land Management land within the Moab Field Office. The trail is an out-and-back, about half a mile long, with a total elevation gain of just 11 feet. It starts and ends at nearly the same elevation, with the high point at 4,724 feet and the low at 4,705 feet, so it's a nearly flat ride that makes an easy stop on a longer day. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run highs around 78°F in May and 68°F in October, while July highs average about 96°F and January highs sit near 39°F. Agate East Trail and Baby Steps North Trail are both hiking routes within a quarter mile, and Jasper West Trail, a mountain biking route, is about 0.3 miles away. For an overnight stay, North Klondike Campground lies about 1.1 miles from the trail.
