South Boundary Trail is a hard hike of about 14 miles in the Pine Valley Ranger District of Dixie National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The route is an out-and-back with a one-way climb of about 1,880 feet, from a low point of 5,054 feet to a high of 6,399 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Enterprise show May highs around 73°F and October highs around 67°F, while July climbs to about 90°F and winter brings highs near 42°F and some snow days. The trail starts close to the East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash Road, about 0.1 mile away. Pilot Peak Trail lies about 4.5 miles off, and Enterprise Reservoir and Honeycomb Rocks Campground are both within about 6.5 miles.
