South Boundary Trail is a hard hike in the Pine Valley Ranger District of Dixie National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back route of about 11.5 miles, with a one-way climb of roughly 1,150 feet from a low point of about 5,500 feet to a high of about 6,500 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Enterprise weather station show May highs around 73°F and October highs around 67°F, while July averages about 90°F and winter brings highs in the low 40s and a few snowy days a month. Colie Flat Road starts just 0.1 mile away, and Pine Canyon Trail is about 1.6 miles off. Enterprise Reservoir and Honeycomb Rocks Campground are both within about 6 miles.
