Oak Ridge Road is an easy out-and-back hike in the Richfield Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The route is about 2 miles long, with a one-way climb of about 140 feet from a low point of roughly 8,700 feet to a high of about 8,840 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 80°F with lows near 53°F, while winter highs stay in the low 30s. Several other trails sit close by, including the Great Western Trail - Utah about a mile away and the Oak Ridge hike at about 1.3 miles. For an overnight stay, Gooseberry Admin Site Cabins is about 2.5 miles off, and the Richfield Ranger District offers lake fishing about 4.8 miles away.
