Museum to Mud Flat Frontage Rd is an easy out-and-back hike of about 2.1 miles in Fremont Indian State Park, Utah. The trail runs through the Beaver Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest, and the land is managed by State Park and Recreation. The route rises about 138 feet from a low point of roughly 5,948 feet to a high of about 6,108 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Fremont Indian State Park show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 66°F, while July averages about 90°F. Bikes are allowed on the natural-surface trail, and Castle Rock - Rec Site sits just 0.1 mile away.
