Meadow Creek is a hard hike in the Fillmore Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 8.8 miles long and rises roughly 2,850 feet from a low point of about 6,648 feet to a high of about 9,477 feet. It is an out-and-back route on natural surface, and bikes are allowed. The Meadow Creek Spur starts about 0.3 miles away, and the Fishlake National Forest climbing area and Meadow Rappel Rock are both within a mile. Adelaide Campground, about 8.7 miles off, is the closest place to camp.
