Blue Pool Wash is an easy out-and-back hike in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Utah, managed by the National Park Service. The route is about 1.4 miles long, with a one-way climb of 175 feet from a low point of about 3,733 feet to a high of about 3,923 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Big Water weather station show April highs around 71°F and October highs around 72°F, while July averages near 98°F. A fee is charged for this visit. The Path to Blue Pool Wash lies about 0.1 mile away. Climbers can head to the Three Amigos Area, about 0.9 mile off, or the Big Water Area, about 1.6 miles away. The Skylight Arch Trails are about 1.8 miles from the wash.
