Spencer Trail is a 3.9-mile out-and-back hike in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in northern Arizona, managed by the National Park Service. The trail rises from about 3,136 feet to about 4,660 feet, a climb of roughly 1,500 feet, and is rated easy. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Page show April and October highs around 72°F with lows in the upper 40s, while July highs average about 98°F. A fee is charged for the hike. The trail sits close to several other routes. The Historic District River Trail is about 0.1 mile away, the Upper Ferry Trail about 0.3 mile, the Lees Ferry Paria Trail about 0.8 mile, and the Secret Beach Trail about 1.2 miles.
