Sheridan Lake is a popular Black Hills reservoir offering good trout fishing in a scenic forested setting with a developed campground and boat ramp. Rainbow trout are regularly stocked and the lake also holds brown trout and smallmouth bass. Shore fishing from the dam area and trolling the main basin are both productive methods.
