Deep Woods Boulder is a bouldering area in Rhode Island, about 3 miles from the town of Rockville. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Beach Pond just 0.4 miles away and Valley of Kings (Pyramid Area) and Treasure Trove each about 0.7 miles off. The area is a compact, close-to-town destination for boulderers. The climbing here is all bouldering, with seven routes spread across the V2 to V7 range. The Deathchoss trilogy, a set of three V2 boulders, is the easiest way in, and Southern Cross at V5 and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants at V7 offer more challenging options. Dana Seaton is the first ascender of most of the routes, with Matt Giossi on Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. For a change of pace, the Tippecansett trail and Deep Pond trail are both about a mile away. Anglers can head to the Wood River, roughly 3 miles off, or Breakheart Pond, about 4.4 miles away.
