North Forest Boulders is a bouldering area in Oregon's Beacon Rock State Park, within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The land is managed by State Park and Recreation, and the boulders sit close to the Beacon Rock Trail and the River to Rock Trail, both about 0.1 mile away. The Northwest Face and West Face climbing areas are also within a tenth of a mile. The bouldering here runs from V1 to V10, with 12 routes in total. The easiest are Back Breaker and Right Arete at V1, and the hardest is Minus Man Sit start at V10. The Littlest Swordsman is a V6 route with a first ascent by Sam Anglin. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Bonneville Dam weather station show July and August highs around 79 to 80°F with only four or five wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and rain on most days. That station sits about 700 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures on the rock run cooler. Nearby, Beacon Rock Trail and River to Rock Trail are both about 0.1 mile away. Eagle Creek Overlook campground is about 4.4 miles off, and Hamilton Creek, a paddling spot, is about 3.7 miles away.
