Winopee Lake is a short, flat hike in the Three Sisters Wilderness, on the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest in Oregon. The route is an out-and-back of about 0.2 miles, with no elevation gain, and it lies entirely within designated wilderness managed by the Forest Service. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 83°F in July, with only about three wet days a month, while winter highs sit in the low 40s and lows near 20°F. The hike takes about half an hour to complete. Snowshoe Lake and Teddy Lakes Trail #9 are both within about a mile and a quarter, and the West Cultus Boat-In campground is roughly 2 miles away. Crane Prairie Reservoir offers lake fishing about 7.6 miles off.
