Ridge Trail is a short, easy out-and-back hike in southern Oregon, about 1.2 miles from Klamath Falls. The trail is just under a mile long, with a total elevation gain of about 260 feet, and it reaches a high point of 4,842 feet. The climb is gentle, with the steepest stretch at about 10% grade near the start. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically June through September. At a nearby weather station in Klamath Falls, typical averages run from highs around 76°F in June to about 86°F in July, with only a couple of wet days a month in July and August.
