Fehley Gulch is a 2.6-mile out-and-back hike in Oregon's Red Buttes Wilderness, within the Wild Rivers Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests. The trail climbs from about 4,018 feet to a high point of 5,096 feet, with a total gain of 1,273 feet, and it is rated moderate. The route is natural-surface and not accessible. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail lies within designated wilderness. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Sexton Summit show July and August highs around 77°F with only about two wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the low 40s and rain on roughly half the days. The trail is open from June 1 to October 31, and the estimated time is about 1.5 hours. Sucker Creek Tie is about a mile away, and Green Valley and Tanner Lake are within 2 miles. Bolan Lake Campground is about 3.9 miles off.
