Two Color Campground is a Forest Service campground in the La Grande Ranger District of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest in northeastern Oregon. It sits within the national forest's boundaries, and the Forest Service manages the land. The site is a simple base for an overnight stay. Vault toilets are the only listed amenity, and a fee is charged for use. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Joseph, Oregon, show July and August highs around 79 to 80°F with only five or six wet days a month, while winter highs stay in the mid-30s. Tamarack Campground is about a mile away. The Jim Creek Trail and Velvet Creek Trail are both within about 3 miles, and the Minam River, roughly 9 miles off, offers canoeing.
