Till Hill is a short, easy out-and-back hike in the Athens Ranger District of Wayne National Forest in Ohio, about 1.5 miles long with a total elevation gain of 336 feet. The trail starts at roughly 829 feet and reaches a high point of 963 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 0.09 miles in, where the grade reaches 9 percent. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is natural-surfaced and not accessible. Bikes are allowed, but horses are not. The route is open year-round, and the estimated time is about half an hour. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Athens run to highs around 72°F in May and 76°F in September, with September also seeing the fewest wet days of the year.
