Dickie Barre (upper PK cliff) is a climbing area in Minnewaska State Park Preserve in New York, managed by State Park and Recreation. It sits among a cluster of named climbing areas, with The Clamshell Wall and The Playground both about 0.1 mile away. The area has seven routes, with grades ranging from 5.2 to 5.10- on the YDS scale. Three are mixed, three are sport, and one is trad. Among the routes are Bull Weevil at 5.2, Don't Tease Me Bro at 5.8, and Right Off Block at 5.10-. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from the nearby Mohonk Lake weather station show July highs around 83°F and lows near 64°F, while winter brings highs in the mid-30s and regular snow days from December through February.
