The climbing area f. Off Limits & Reach Around Walls sits within Minnewaska State Park Preserve in New York, managed by State Park and Recreation. It lies among a cluster of named climbing areas, including g. Enterprise Wall, i. Terror Dome and j. Scrotum Pole/Drive in Area, all within about a tenth of a mile. Peterskill is also close by. The routes here range from about 5.6 to 5.10a/b, with mixed climbing the most common style, and a few sport and trad options. The grade range makes it a good fit for climbers with a solid intermediate background. Reach Around and Bent Crankarm are among the named routes. Summer and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Mohonk Lake weather station run from highs around 83°F in July to about 73°F in September, with snow common from December through March.
