Welcome Boulders is a bouldering area in Harriman State Park in New York, managed by State Park and Recreation. It sits among several other climbing spots, with Tarzan Swing and Torch Boulder each about 0.1 mile away, and Oliphant Boulder at the same distance. The White Diamond Trail is about 0.3 mile off, so it's easy to pair a bouldering session with a short walk. The climbing here is all bouldering, with two routes listed: Flight From Doom at V3+ and TJ's Arete at V4. The grades sit in the V3 to V4 range, so the area works well for climbers looking for a session on smaller holds. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 76°F, with July peaking near 84°F.
