Rogers Rock is a climbing area in New York, set within Rogers Rock Campground, which the State Department of Conservation manages. It sits among several other climbing spots, making it a compact destination for climbers with multiple options within a short distance of one another. Summer and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Cornwall, Vermont, show July highs around 80°F with lows near 60°F, and September highs in the low 70s. Winters there are cold and snowy, with January highs in the upper 20s and several snow days in most months. The area has 11 routes, with sport climbing being the dominant style and the hardest climbs reaching 5.10c. Among them are Elektra, a sport route graded 5.0, and Crash Course, a sport route at 5.10c. The nearby Cove Boulders and Rogers Slide climbing areas are both within a third of a mile. For time off the rock, Cook Mountain offers a hike about 2.2 miles away, and La Chute, a canoeing spot, is roughly 3.5 miles off.
