White Trail is a short, moderate hike in Juhring Park, a city-managed park in New York. The route is 0.64 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 52 feet, and it runs from a low point of 318 feet to a high of 373 feet. The trail is a point-to-point path rather than a loop, and the steepest stretch comes early on, at about 0.16 miles in, with a 7% grade. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Dobbs Ferry-Ardsley show May highs around 73°F and September highs around 77°F, with July peaking near 86°F. The trail sits close to several other routes. Yellow Trail is about 0.1 mile away, and Ravine Trail and Purple Trail are each about 0.2 mile off. For a longer outing, the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail is roughly 0.9 mile away.
