Holiday Wall is a climbing area in Nevada on Bureau of Land Management land within the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office. It sits among a cluster of other climbing areas, with The Mass Production Wall, the James Brown Area and the Hall of Fame all about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all sport, and the routes run from about 5.11a to 5.12b/c. Among the named routes are Gift Rapped at 5.11a, When the Cat's Away at 5.11b and Death Before Decaf at 5.12b/c. The area is best suited to climbers who want sport routes in the 5.11 to 5.12 range. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. That station sits about 800 feet lower than the wall, so temperatures on the rock run cooler. For a change from climbing, the Calico Tanks Trail and Turtlehead Peak are both about half a mile away. Red Rock Canyon Campground is roughly 4 miles off.
