Heart and Sole is a bouldering area on Bureau of Land Management land in Nevada, within the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Pyramid, Venom Boulder and Sorange Boulder all about 0.1 mile away. The name Heart and Sole is also the title of a V2 boulder problem here. The area is a bouldering destination rather than a route with a set distance or climb. The closest neighbors are other boulders, and the routes here range from V1 to V9, with Shark Tooth at the top end. The Heart and Sole problem itself is a V2 boulder. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. For a longer outing, Ash Spring Trail is about 0.2 mile away and Calico Basin Trail about 0.7 mile. Red Rock Canyon Campground, roughly 3 miles off, offers a place to stay.
