Black Warm Up Boulders is a bouldering area on Bureau of Land Management land in Nevada, within the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the Wolfgang Güllich Memorial Boulder, Super Scream Boulder and Warm-up Boulders Main all about 0.1 mile away. The bouldering here is all on the same level, with 18 routes spread across the area. Most are rated V0, and the hardest is V3. The Fin is the top route at V3, and Addiction and Fin Backside are both V0. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. For a walk, Calico Loop and Ash Spring Trail are both about 0.3 mile away. Red Rock Canyon Campground, roughly 2.7 miles off, is the closest place to camp.
