Wadsworth Creek is a hard hike of about 4 miles in the Austin-Tonopah Ranger District of Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest in Nevada, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back that gains about 1,460 feet, starting at roughly 8,089 feet and reaching about 9,044 feet at the high point. The route is on natural surface, and horses are allowed. That makes it a viable option for riders as well as hikers. Blackrock Canyon lies about a mile away, and Morgan Basin Trail and South Morgan Basin are both within about 3.5 miles. Tuille Creek is a little farther, at about 3.7 miles.
