Ladyfingers Buttress is a climbing area in the Yellowstone Ranger District of Montana's Custer Gallatin National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Peanuts Wall about 0.1 mile away and Mill Creek about 0.2 mile away. The closest trail is Passage Falls, roughly 1.2 miles off. The climbing here runs from trad routes like Righteous are the Brave (5.8) and Ladyfingers (5.9) to sport routes such as The Gravel Patch (5.10+) and Nic-Arete (5.12a/b). The most difficult route is the Orange Face Left Project (5.12), a top-rope climb. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Yellowstone Park Mammoth put July highs around 81°F with lows near 48°F, while winter brings highs in the low 30s and regular snow days.
