Boyscout Trail A is a mountain biking route in the Seeley Lake Ranger District of Lolo National Forest in Montana, managed by the Forest Service. It is about 1.9 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 35 feet, so it's a short, mostly flat ride. The trail starts at about 3,996 feet and reaches about 4,031 feet. The steepest part comes at about 1.1 miles in, with a 7% grade. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Seeley Lake show July and August highs around 83°F with lows in the low 40s, while winter highs stay near freezing. River Point Campground Complex and River Point Community sit about 0.2 miles away, and Seeley Lake Campground Complex is about half a mile off. Boyscout Trail B, a hike, is about 0.6 miles away.
