Williams Creek is a 17-mile out-and-back hike in the Fortine Ranger District of Kootenai National Forest in northwestern Montana. The trail climbs from about 3,980 feet to around 6,630 feet, a gain of 1,926 feet, and is rated hard. It is a Forest Service route, and the land is managed by the Forest Service. Bikes and horses are both allowed on the trail, which has a natural surface. That makes it a versatile route for horseback riders and for hikers who want to take a mountain bike along. For an overnight trip, Grave Creek Campground is about 4.4 miles away. Big Therriault Lake Campground and Little Therriault Lake are both within about 7 miles. The Cat Creek hike starts roughly 1.2 miles from the trail.
