Stahl Creek is a 4-mile out-and-back hike in the Fortine Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest. The trail climbs from about 5,700 feet to about 6,380 feet, a total gain of 673 feet, and is rated moderate. The Forest Service manages the surrounding land. The trail is on natural surface, and it is open to both horses and bikes. The Stahl Creek trailhead parking is labeled as STAHL CREEK TH 80, and the trail is open from June through October. Stahl Peak sits about 0.7 miles away, and the Miistakiistsi mountain biking area is about 0.2 miles off. Big Therriault Lake Campground and Little Therriault Lake, both campgrounds, lie within about 3 miles.
