Wall Creek is a hard hike in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, part of the Spotted Bear Ranger District of Flathead National Forest in northwest Montana. The trail is 18.6 miles long, with a one-way elevation gain of 1,591 feet, and it rises from a low point of about 4,955 feet to a high of about 6,867 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is natural-surface, not accessible, and open year-round. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. That makes it a trail for hikers and riders on horseback rather than for those on foot or on wheels. The climb is an out-and-back, and the route is set in wilderness, so plan for a full day on foot. Bungalow Mtn. lies just 0.2 miles away, and Hart Creek and Pot Mtn. are each within about a mile and a half. For paddling, the Spotted Bear River is about 3.3 miles off.
