Kevan Mtn. is a short, easy hike in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, part of the Spotted Bear Ranger District of Flathead National Forest in northwest Montana. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is about 1.3 miles long with a one-way elevation gain of 214 feet, making it an out-and-back route that starts and ends at roughly 7,800 feet. The trail is natural-surface and allows horses, so it works well for riders. Bikes are not permitted, and the route is not accessible. The climb is gentle, with the high point around 8,030 feet. North Wall lies about 1.2 miles away, and Dolly Varden-Pentagon, Elk Ridge and Pot Mtn. are all within about 3.6 miles. Paddlers can reach the Middle Fork Flathead River about 6.5 miles off.
