Pillick Ridge is a hard hike of about 21 miles in the Cabinet Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back that climbs from about 2,450 feet to roughly 5,860 feet, with a total elevation gain of about 1,900 feet. The route is natural-surface and allows horses. Bikes are not permitted, and the trail is not accessible. Bull River Guard Station campground sits about a mile away, and Moran Basin and Berray Mountain are both within a few miles. Triangle Pond offers lake fishing a little over five miles off.
