Triangle Pond is a fishing lake in the Cabinet Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. It sits about a mile from the Bull River campground, which makes it an easy addition to a stay at that camp. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 82°F with lows in the mid-40s and the fewest wet days of the year. Winter is cold and snowy, with January highs near 33°F and about 12 snow days. The Bull River campground and its fishing trail are the closest neighbors, and the Bull River Pavilion is about a mile away. Blacktail Creek and Loveland Peak are both within about 4 miles.
