Mt. Aeneas is a moderate loop hike in the Swan Lake Ranger District of Montana's Flathead National Forest, about 4.3 miles long with a total elevation gain of 737 feet. The trail starts and ends at the Camp Misery Trailhead, and the route rises from a low point of about 5,743 feet to a high of about 7,514 feet. The trail is a natural-surface loop, and it is not an accessible route. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open from June 1 to September 30. Plan for about two hours on the trail.
