Lost Jack Creek is a hard hike in the Spotted Bear Ranger District of Montana's Flathead National Forest. It is an out-and-back route of about 8.6 miles, with an elevation gain of 2,511 feet. The trail starts at the Meadow Creek Trailhead, and the high point on the route reaches about 6,532 feet, while the low point sits at about 4,012 feet. The trail is on natural surface and is open year-round. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. It is not an accessible trail, so plan on a foot-only trip. Several other outings lie close by. Meadow Mtn. is about 0.4 miles away and Harrison Creek about 0.9 miles. The South Fork Flathead River offers canoeing at about 1.9 miles. For an overnight stay, Beaver Creek Campground is about 5.9 miles away.
