Hellroaring Creek is a hard hike in the Three Rivers Ranger District of Montana's Kootenai National Forest, about 6.6 miles long with a total elevation gain of 644 feet. It is an out-and-back route, starting at Hellroaring Creek Trailhead 204, and the trail climbs from about 4,300 feet to roughly 5,077 feet before turning back. The trail is natural-surfaced and open to horses and bikes, and it is not an accessible route. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trailhead is open from May 1 to November 30. Nearby, North Fork Meadow Creek and Baldy are both hikes about a mile and a half away. Mt. Baldy-Buckhorn Ridge campground sits about 2 miles off, and Red Top Campground is just under 6 miles away.
