Honeysuckle Through Trail is an easy cross-country mountain biking route in Maryland, about half a mile from Summerhill Park. It's a green circle-rated trail, which makes it a good choice for beginners. The route combines dirt paths and varied surfaces through wooded terrain, and it's designed to help new riders build confidence without facing technical challenges. The trail is flat, with no elevation gain, so it works well for a short ride or a warm-up. Dogs are allowed as long as they stay on a leash. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Annapolis show May highs around 77°F and October highs around 68°F, while July averages climb to about 89°F. Several other routes sit close by, including Honeysuckle Through Route and Honeysuckle Loop 3, both about 0.1 mile away, and Honeysuckle Loop 2, a hike about 0.2 mile off. For a change of pace, Silopanna Loop is about half a mile away.
