Rising Sun Trail is a mountain biking route in the McCall Ranger District of Payette National Forest in Idaho, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about a mile long and rated moderate, with a total climb of about 318 feet over the out-and-back route. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.34 miles, where the grade reaches about 9 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in McCall show July and August highs around 81°F with only about five wet days a month, while winter brings highs near 30°F and regular snow days. The trail sits close to two hikes, Della's Delight and Rising Sun, both about 0.1 mile away. Last Chance campground is about 3.5 miles off, and Goose Creek, a canoeing spot, is about 4.6 miles away.
