Bullion Connector is an easy, out-and-back hike on Bureau of Land Management land in Idaho's Shoshone Field Office, about 3 miles long with a total elevation gain of about 350 feet. The route starts at a low point of about 5,650 feet and climbs to a high of about 6,000 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Bellevue, which sits roughly 800 feet lower, show July highs around 87°F with lows near 54°F, while September cools to highs around 76°F. Several other hikes lie close by. Hidden Valley Loop is about 0.2 miles away, and Punchline and Wilson Gulch are each within a mile. Climbers can find Knob Hill about 2.5 miles off.
