Camp Perkins

Camp Perkins, founded in 1954, operates a year-round retreat center in Idaho's Sawtooth National Forest offering summer camps for grades 3–12, family camps, adult retreats, and winter programs. The facility accommodates 30–52 guests in its retreat center year-round, and up to 154 guests in rustic cabins during spring, summer, and fall. Activities include canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, climbing, swimming, sailing, archery, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, river rafting, and winter options like snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snow tubing. All meals are catered in the log cabin dining hall overlooking the lake. The camp emphasizes unplugging from screens and technology, with WiFi available only for rental groups and family retreats, not summer campers. Indoor and outdoor meeting spaces include an outdoor chapel and campfire area.
