Brewers Byway is an easy, short hike in Idaho's Boise National Forest, within the Mountain Home Ranger District. The route is about 1.7 miles long and is an out-and-back, with a low point of 6,893 feet and a high of 6,942 feet, giving it a total elevation gain of about 60 feet. The Forest Service manages the land. The trail is a natural-surface route, and it is open from May 1 through October 31. Bikes are allowed, so it works for hikers as well as mountain bikers. Several other routes start close by. Brewers Cut-Off is about 0.1 mile away, and #96 Brewers Byway Ext is about 0.2 mile away. Bogus Creek Loop is also about 0.2 mile off. Climbers can head to Bogus Boulders, roughly 0.6 mile from the trail.
