Yellow Trail is an easy, short hike of about 2.3 miles in the Alafia River Corridor on city-managed land in Florida. It's a low-key walk with a minimal climb, rising just 21 feet from a low of 72 feet to a high of 103 feet, and the steepest part comes at about 2.1 miles, with a 3% grade. The route runs from the low point near 72 feet to the high point at 103 feet. The cooler months are the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Plant City put January highs around 75°F with lows near 50°F, while summer brings highs in the low 90s and rain on more than half the days in July and August. Horses are allowed, and bikes are not. The trail is close to the Blue Trail, just 0.1 mile away, and the Red Trail and the Alafia River Corridor Trail are both within about 0.3 mile. Paddlers can reach the Alafia River, roughly 4 miles away.
