Two Ridges Trail is a 1.5-mile loop hike in Connecticut, about 0.7 miles from the town of Redding. The trail is rated easy, with a total elevation gain of 174 feet and a total loss of 268 feet over the course of the loop. The climb is steepest at about 0.24 miles in, with a grade of 11 percent, and the route starts at roughly 400 feet, rising to a high point of 482 feet before descending back to a low of 301 feet. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Danbury show May highs around 69°F and September highs around 74°F, while July peaks near 82°F and January highs sit around 36°F. The Delia Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Pinchbeck Trail and Saugatuck Trail are each about 0.8 miles off. Climbers can find Bald Rock Basin roughly 1.6 miles away.
