Jumbo Mine Road is a cross-country skiing route in the Dillon Ranger District of White River National Forest in Colorado, about 0.13 miles long. It is rated moderate, with a 10-foot climb from about 9,940 to 9,950 feet. The steepest stretch, at about 6%, comes within the first fifth of the route. Winter is the natural season for skiing here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Dillon put January highs around 31°F with lows near 1°F. That station sits roughly 900 feet lower than the road, so temperatures on the route run cooler.
