Land Shark Boulder is a climbing area in the Sopris Ranger District of White River National Forest in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing spots and campgrounds, so it works well as a stop in a day of bouldering or a base for an overnight trip. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 82°F with lows near 48°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-30s. Beginner's Luck Boulder and River Boulders are both about 0.1 mile away, and Redstone Family Campground is just as close.
